What can (and can’t) household surveys tell us about nutrition and diarrhea interventions in LMIC?

In this webinar we presented on the results of validation studies on iron-folic acid supplementation, breastfeeding counseling, and diarrhea severity indicators collected through household surveys. There was rich discussion on what was learned from these studies, and on the application of these results on the country and global level. The panelists advocated for continued research in this area and emphasized its importance in ensuring reliable measurement of the coverage of nutrition and health interventions. This work was completed as part of the Improving Measurement and Program Design Project (Improve).
